As a continuation from my last post… I am still getting over the stress of how we left from the Film Shoot. Both Chessie & myself messed up over train times and I had to leave in a hurry from the studio and take her to the station just outside of rush hour… she made it, just! However, I had to hope that everyone could just pack my stuff which was everywhere, I haven’t gone through it yet, here is an example of the crap I have to deal with – I hate exploding suitcases and mess – I get really depressed just looking at this crap – I know, I know… I will sort it tomorrow, procrastination aside, I really don’t want to be doing it today in my frame of mind.

Yup, lots of shit I won’t go into, but in some sad news… one of my nephews is leaving and it is upsetting to some family members and we are having a meal tonight… God knows why I have to pitch in with a present for him, I find it difficult, he is hardly leaving another country, he will be a few hundred miles away with other members of his new found family (long story, I won’t go into it) he’s a big boy and will be starting a fantastic new job which will far exceed my income in a few years, and he’s only 18 (another reason to be depressed when I see so much of my stuff and my fellow Brit producers content getting shared across dozens of forums by a couple of determined individuals). I quit my supplementary job (which I needed the income from to get by) as my flights to the USA and time spent there would make me unemployable… that I accept, but my extra time spent on the sites at the moment has not resulted in extra income, maybe a little but no where near what I need to sustain what I have and my credit card bills are increasing, alarmingly!

Also, regards the increased sharing of my content recently, it takes time away from what I love, and to be honest if I have to spend a few hours a day, I will (and have), but I will tell you now, without the support of memberships (the sales have been not the best the last couple of months) then I will say “fuck it” and get out… do something else that these leeches can’t hurt me with… I’d hate to think I could ever think like that and only do when I see my stuff and that of my colleagues getting shared to hell for one main reason – to profit off us, they don’t share for the love of it, they use shitty filelockers with horrible pop up links with ads and adware all over the place to maximize their own revenues, use image file hosts that do the same so you can see what movies they are sharing… and to make things worse, THIS IS NOT VICTIMLESS… the cards they use are ALWAYS stolen details. I would guess they pay someone for lists and try them out… and get lucky every now and then at our sites. This is their argument for saying they are “giving back” to the freetard spanking forum community when they claim to pay… well, they certainly don’t use their own cards to pay us! If I don’t spot the stolen cards and void/report them to our billing agent (so the card details get blocked elsewhere protecting the innocent person who has had their details shared and stolen) then I get charged back. & if I don’t spot these fuckers, I LOSE money as I pay a fee for that too! It is truly depressing to see your stuff out there like this and no argument from the freeloaders and pirates can justify it, we do not charge the earth… I have a 5 day Trial sign up with full access for under $15 for chrissakes… I’m thinking of binning this option but there are those that appreciate it to start with then stay as the rebill is lowered as well – I am trying to make the site as affordable as possible but we have to make something and also cover our costs. I have over 220 movies to view… if you have the time and will – then this is great value… about the same price or more using one of the crappy filehosts that the pirates beg you to upgrade to so they get their cut. I implore you guys, please do not use them no matter how hard times are, we need every membership and losing out will seriously harm our ability to make more films. This is my only source of income, I do not have a job to fall back onto and have a mortgage to cover… please remember this. I know other producers have made the same pleas on both sides of the Atlantic, and it is not because we are just trying to get extra revenue in… we really need to highlight what a problem this file sharing has become to website owners!

ok, that was a rant out of nowhere…. I apologize but it needs to be said every now and then!
