Some quick updates for you spanking addicts out there… but first a quick rant. Please go to the spanking section below if you just want spankings, thanks.
I just had my flu jab…which, as a confirmed asthma sufferer now I get free in the UK (thank you to our NHS). This is a spanking blog so I try not to get political but it is a personal blog too… seeing how difficult it is in America for those to get affordable (reliable and decent) healthcare thanks to the greedy Insurance companies just riles me… I think it is a national disgrace that people should constantly worry about treatment in America, the richest nation on Earth! & then there are the just plain insane laws on “Gun control” after the 15th time President Obama has had to address the nation over a mass shooting during his tenure – I sincerely hope those who don’t wish change to take place stand up and give a damned good reason why! Countries like the UK and Australia have lots of violence, every country has it’s fair share – we don’t ignore that, but guns… GUNS facilitate that violence to a whole new level. Anyone can see that… those in Congress who have nice backhanders from interested parties like the NRA should be utterly ashamed.
It is NOT 1776 anymore… this is the 21st century, the 2nd Amendment is out of date… it is like saying the laws in the UK for stealing a loaf of bread in 1830 could be punishable by deportation to Australia (often a death sentence at the time) or in fact a hanging for the said offense (I spelt this the American way… offence in British parlance). Of course that is not relevant today… and neither is the fact that virtually anyone has the “God given right” to bear arms… there are no pesky British Redcoats to worry about, most of the dangerous beasties have been shot or contained to wild areas (by all means have a license to take a shot gun or a firearm into the forest where bears & beasties may lurk etc… I’m not advocating no guns…. just GUN CONTROL… real control. Also, the native Americans no longer feel the need to scalp anyone heading west! I say again… Gun control, PROPERLY control who owns guns, how difficult is that? Make it a real deterrent to own one if you do not have that right after laws are passed… provide incentives after the amnesty… just like in the UK or Australia or any Western nation, in fact. Yes, some will be selfish but overall… gun related deaths WILL GO DOWN… there will be less nutjobs going into schools killing unarmed kids! How the hell this guy (I won’t mention his name) in Oregon could purchase 13 weapons legally is a joke. It’s not a joke, actually… I’m not laughing, it’s a national disgrace, pure and simple. If you are unable to grasp this simple concept then you are a selfish moron: FACT. STOP IT! STOP IT! STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Speaking of flu jabs, I’d like to have a clinic for young girls and administer flu jabs to them in their bottoms! Americans are not going to give up their guns anytime soon. For one thing, they don’t trust their government, and can you blame them? Then there’s the old adage that if guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns. As long as there are heavily armed gangs of Blacks, Latinos and Asians roaming the streets, taking guns away from law abiding people makes little sense. But I’ll tell you who the most heavily armed people are, the people with the big arsenals are the Right-wing Republican Christians! Because they think that liberals (like me) are going to round them up, take away their guns, abort their babies and make all the queers get married! As funny as that sounds, it’s how the politicians that these people vote for keep the votes coming, by cynically exploiting just that kind of stuff! Don’t forget, America was in a large part started by people who had to leave Europe and England because they were driving everyone crazy with their extreme religion. They say that one in four people in America have some kind of a serious mental health issue. These folks should not have guns. They also say that people who are prescribed SSRI medications over a period of time lose their empathy for others. All of the mass shooting perpetrators were on such meds. Big Pharma’s grip on this country is a whole issue by itself, but as long as there are all these lunatics running around, as well as the gangs, I’m not surrendering my gun! -Rick
