Greedy Lying Pirates

Of all the times I go out, what happens? Brutspank sneaks in and has been ripping my new materials for the last 2 hours. This is totally sickening, this Russian menace says that he provides a service to his freetard clients… only they end up paying MORE than if you were to buy a membership from me and legitimately support my site. To get the best deals off him you have to purchase a “membership” of sorts with his affiliate code so he gets a nice cut himself. In fact, all he does is look after himself at the expense of producers like myself. He doesn’t even care, all he does, and lies… of course, is saying that if you want free content, sign up to his shitty new filehosting services but you get a better deal getting the fast access (but have to pay) that he uses, they are designed to give HIM maximum profit, whilst ripping us off. Posting complete sites, as he does, kills them off. I’ve seen this happen to a few sites recently.

Now be aware, this guy is just one of many who try to rip off sites like myself, but their approach is pretty much similar. so read on…

I and many other fellow producers have had enough and will work together and destroy every link we see in open space across many many areas, forums etc, the different links they use, it’s a game but we will do it as it’s a group effort and we will continue to remove any links re upped and inform each other, reducing the profit of the thieves that seek to make money off us illegally.

So in the meantime, since he decided to use his own Russian Ip, for once, (since it was no doubt quicker and he knew i’d be onto him) we are using this, along with tracing software to pass this to a Russian client of ours who is an attorney there, he is providing free advice and a fan of spanking content. As far as that goes, that will be all I say on the matter. Anyway, safe to say, this pirate I have decided to mention today is making more than a good living in his country off companies like us and it is just low. This goes beyond simple file sharing and having stuff stashed away inside VIP areas which we don’t give a shit about… it’s when content is deliberately and maliciously shared with the intent of maximising revenues that really pisses off copyright owners. they really have no idea how much stress is involved in making content, updating sites, dealing with customer support and for dwindling returns… we do this for the love of it, but seeing stuff like this happen makes us question why we even bother?

I have kicked him out and voided the stolen credit card transaction, to those who use his links, you ARE using criminal stolen card information… I am guessing the only paying he does is to get a list of card numbers and details to use, they are all invariably American cards as the stupid American banks have the least protection. It sucks, but that is a fact of life.

So, poor ignorant Samuel Baker will never know that his card was used to purchase a piracy sign up at my site as I have voided it, forwarded the details to CCbill and they will place a further block on this guy’s name and address along with the other failed fraudulent sign ups in his name that he is unaware of. So to the pirate who is doing this and I hope you are reading this, we are watching! Many of us across the sites you are ripping off are watching carefully, we will minimise your chances of profiting from our sites, so go pick on others who don’t give a flying fuck, because we do. We have worked hard to make our stuff and are proud of the effort sweat and tears gone into them despite the ignorant comments some might make about what we or others produce. If they are so damned clever, they should try it themselves and see… but I would be digressing.

Thank you for ruining my day, my phone is now set to every sign up and failed sign up alert. & the delete button if you’re a person that likes to use STOLEN card details on a new sign up, is ready to be hit very very quickly.

Cheekie Pays her Dues – & other nonsense

Ok, this was a rather interesting post that I saw so I am copying it word for word as Dana Kane has suggested any of us do. Now you know my feelings on seeing our content pirated or shared outside of the protected members area… especially on an OPEN forum, or piracy blog, for example Minors can access the full films! (& I’ll get to Tumblr and some idiot’s perceptions of that in a minute, too). Reading Dana’s blog I came across what I thought was a hoax at first… a former piracy board member that some of them all fawned over (hilariously) called Cheekie. Right or wrong… she was sharing videos of various producers, I can’t remember who exactly as I actually don’t go on there that much as I use algorithm software to detect my stuff and employ others to check up on open forums blogs and other sites… long story and I don’t want to chat about that tonight… nope, from what I vaguely remember about her on one particular forum she frequented, she was one of the popular band of people sharing our work. To cut the story short, Dana Kane got fed up seeing her stuff shared (I know that feeling) and somehow recognized who it was. Whatever these glib and smug people think, if we can identify you, we will prosecute. However, believe it or not, we are all reasonable people, I have dealt with a few in the past and contacted them personally and reached an accord. Dana did the same with Cheekie… only this was by invite to personally thrash her and then upload the video FOR FREE, of which you can see it all below. Of course, her fellow former cohorts are giggling like naughty schoolboys, which goes in some way to explain their mentality.

I want to give you a short background on this video:
It’s real. Cheekie is real. The story we tell is real, and so is the trouble she could be in right now, had I not given her the opportunity to redeem herself and she not taken it.

Cheekie agreed to receive her punishment on video, and to admit to her wrongdoing. Not everyone would be as brave (or silly?), but I’m giving her credit for taking responsibility… and a very hard spanking.

The two of us had a VERY long talk, and I’ve edited it down to what I hope is a manageable size without taking out any of the spanking or pertinent details (it’s still long, at nearly 18minutes). She had some very misinformed ideas about the spanking video business – and about the business of content sharing, and thoughtlessly went about her illegal activities for quite some time before I caught her in the act.

I gave Cheekie no other option to deal with this situation – I told her that the ONLY way to redeem herself with me was to put her butt on a plane to Las Vegas and accept whatever I had to offer. I didn’t threaten her with legal action or ‘outing’, as she’d by then figured out for herself how easily she could’ve ended up in a much worse situation. She immediately agreed (somewhat to my surprise, until I realized that this sweet girl is still too young and inexperienced to realize exactly the gravity of the situation), and by the time we met, we’d agreed that if she was willing to accept the punishment (and lots and lots of verbal shaming from me, of course), that I’d be willing to forgive her past actions.

I’m still not certain whether Cheekie has learned the FULL lesson here, which is – essentially – that rote ‘do unto others’ thing that we’ve always known to be the best policy. What I am absolutely certain of is that she will think long and hard before illegally sharing content again. Or she’ll get better at hiding it when she does. The odds are slightly in her favor, and let’s hope that she makes the right choice.

I guess the point of all this is to remind myself that not everyone who appears to be a ‘bad person’ really is, and that, if given the opportunity, most folks will choose to Play Nice. I’m happy that Cheekie did, and that I did, too. Sort of.

I’m also hopeful that others who take part in illegal file sharing will put aside the thrill, the ego, and the feeling of invincibility afforded them by their VPNs and onions to think just a bit about the fact that those of us who produce spanking videos do so because we LOVE spanking, not because we’re getting filthy rich in the process. And please be considerate of the literal blood, sweat, and tears which the spankees endure every time, for your enjoyment. I don’t wish bad things on you, but I do hope for your consideration.

Now I appear to be having a brief conversation with another members of a forum that Cheekie was on and he seems to think my Tumblr blog is doing something wrong. If it is, please contact Tumblr direct, it reblogs other posts that people put up, as a producer, i welcome any exposure in this respect, they are a few pictures here and there, not a fucking site rip of video content! All the producers I know WELCOME the fact that anyone would re blog their images, what we don’t like is where people remove our copyrights or watermarks… as people are unable to know who PRODUCED that content… believe it or not, when I see a fantastic image with a watermark, I type in the website and check it out… that is the point!!! Remove the copyright and it’s just annoying – as one notable person who posts great images often tags #source? in the vain hope of identifying or crediting the original if possible. Tumblr is an addictive fun pastime but it is a useful tool that we all use.
I had a vid clip from my own site removed once and ranted about it, which is what this chap hilariously picked up on… as I was warned by Tumblr my vid file was deemed – wait for it – pornographic… (it was a rather nice scene of Kami Robertson having her naked bottom spanked) I think this old chap in question was losing it as I ranted about the fact that Tumblr is full of porn… gifs of exploding cocks on girls faces, fucking – LOTS of hard nasty fucking, hard B/G & M/M, you name it… it’s all on there… just hashtag “pissing” – that was my beef with Tumblr… if they don’t like it, then they should clear it up – ALL of it, not somehow randomly pick on my little blog and others from time to time. At the end of the day, I don’t have anything on there hosted, it’s all a bit of fun so if the account gets deleted, then “meh!” I’d probably have more time blogging on here or elsewhere. However, to pick up on this point where I could not reply (on the forum) … I actually don’t have an account at said forum nor am interested in doing so… so I have to write it here instead as replying on Twitter is tedious and we are boring the fuck out of each other at this ungodly hour.

The following article was taken from this time last year. Since then, producers of all niches have taken action against many file lockers as they see more and more of their content ripped off, copied, shared and touted for profit they do not receive… the article I wrote about below is still relevant and even more so today! It won’t be long before Visa and Mastercard follow Paypal’s review of how filelockers encouragde pirates with various obvious sharing schemes, Megaupload and Oron have been 2 notable sites, and I know many more will follow… it is no coincidence that since 2007-2008 when piracy of this nature really took off, every website producer has suffered with vastly reduced sales… the 2, along with the worst recession in history makes for a grim future for some producers… please read the following article and comment if you like:

Alarmist, I should know, most sites, including ourselves have poor months and better months and during the poorer months we look at the causes including what I am about to write about. I think only those with a ton of sites in their network or have been around for a very long time with a loyal following are getting by comfortably… Anyway, check out the link to a post at the bottom of my rant (I’ve lost my soapbox!)

However, I will add this:

Pirates are killing the sites you love and without your support some sites WILL disappear or fail to be updated as often (I have seen this happen at some sites, I won’t mention who they are… but the trend has started!) Pirates don’t care about our sites, they see it as a big fat juicy worm to get people hooked into coming back for more of their “free stuff”, the file locker sites that allow files to be uploaded are encouraging this crime by rewarding pirates with $20-40 per 1000 downloads. Sounds a lot? No it isn’t, they systematically post to 100’s of forums worldwide hoping the traffic gets the hits they require to get their grubby hands on something they didn’t produce or conceive or think about! even if they say they are real spankos… they are killing the industry they love. We have all become as competitive as possible, before the digital age, you’d have to find some sleazy vendor who might give you a film for $50 or more and images were courtesy of expensive magazines… look at what you get for ANY membership site nowadays… and yet some still want to bleed us dry!

They are a scurge, a blight on all producers in our niche, so I know I speak for all producers when I ask you all to think twice about that tempting free link you may come across from time to time… you may think, “it’s only one download, I’m broke, I have no spare money this month etc etc” please… without members signing up, we can’t afford to pay the models or provide them with work, many are lifestylers, but they still take their valuable time away from their home lives or workplace or other modelling contracts to film, they are entitled to compensation for their services… rental for studios or locations must also be considered as well as the logistics of travel and my bugbear… planning the shoot. Of course, I almost paid the ultimate price with my life in June 2011 when I returned from a full day’s filmshoot (tired) and crashed my car nearly killing myself! That of course has also cost me financially as the replacement car after insurance etc was hardly special! I digress, however, we there are other costs you’d not consider… editing: that’s very time consuming, and of course my unpaid time to update the sites, the costs of hosting and setting up a new affiliate pages or other programming (this is ongoing and costly as i work behind the scenes to look at ways of adapting the site over the next year for new media and the way in which a website is shown for those using various operating systems and formats! It all adds up! So without a member signing up we can’t continue and the economic times and instability of the Euro threatening to bring us all down here in the UK (even though we are not part of that cursed currency) still looms over our future and the purchasing powers of many people.

Please think about supporting your favorite spanking sites, whoever they are! This is a general call to think about the actions you take that affect many who work hard and long hours to give you what you like to download.
